I joined BRAC Europe as an HR Business Partner in November 2025, responsible for strengthening people practices across our European team and supporting colleagues throughout their careers. I focus on stabilising and improving HR processes to give the team consistency, while building systems that reflect our organisation and create opportunities for engagement, development, and well-being.

I have over 15 years’ HR experience across charities, social enterprises, media, and regulated environments, including insurance. Training and development has been part of my remit for seven years, from designing learning opportunities to supporting culture change, giving me a broad understanding of both compliance and people-centred practice.

Outside work, I volunteer as Chairperson at a charity-run early years setting and as a co-opted governor at my children’s school, focusing on parent and community engagement. I have young children, so my hobbies are mostly theirs: front-row seats at living room K-pop concerts, surviving Demon Hunters battles, and reviewing Paw Patrol movies, with a weekly trip to my art club for a bit of “me” time.
