Bangladesh hosts over one million Rohingya refugees in Cox’s Bazar, in one of the world’s largest protracted crises.
BRAC was already present in Cox’s Bazar when the 2017 Rohingya influx began and has since grown into the largest civil society responder to the crisis, delivering multifaceted, holistic services to both refugees and host communities.
Our integrated approach addresses the complex challenges of the crisis through interconnected healthcare, education, sanitation, livelihoods, and social protection services that meet immediate needs while building long-term resilience.
